Fondazione Gi Group and Mangiagalli Life Help Center: training and work to support parenting for a more inclusive and sustainable world of work

Fondazione Gi Group, part of Gi Group Holding and created to develop the culture of work, understood as education on the personal and social value of work, is alongside the Mangiagalli Life Help Center in a project focused on training and work to support parenthood.

Through a pre-qualification activity Gi Group, the company of Gi Group Holding that deals with Temporary, Permanent and Professional Staffing, and Mangiagalli Life Help Center will assess the employability of moms and dads, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement, directing them towards the most coherent path (training-work), providing useful skills to be immediately employable in the labor market. Training and orientation are in fact the tools that Fondazione Gi Group places at the center of its mission to make work sustainable and inclusive.

We are proud to promote this project together with a reality like Mangiagalli Life Help Center as an expression of the spirit with which, every day, we pursue the goal of having a positive impact on people’s lives through the recognition of the value and social role that work has. It will therefore be an opportunity for us to make our expertise available to women and men who are going through a delicate phase of their lives, going to remove through training the obstacles to their employability, which is what we consider the necessary prerequisite for Sustainable Work.” – says Chiara Violini, President of Fondazione Gi Group.
