The Cometa team was leader of various sessions, especially of the working session regarding “WP3 –TRAINING PRACTICES & TOOLS FOR INCLUSIVE EXCELLENCE”.
The session started with a short presentation of the practices to share and fix a table of contents. Over 50 practices have been collected so far! Examples of governance practices include arguments as community organizing, Sustainability Model, Management accessibility and creation of support networks to promote international mobility in VET.
Partners were asked to codify “teachable” practices which are both a) theoretical: the practice itself can be proposed in and to different contexts and b) practical: the practice contains the instructions to be replicated. Teachability would make these practices transferable to other contexts, exploiting the role of our CoVE Platform on Inclusive Excellence.
Afterwards the template of practice was launched, and a work roadmap was designed together. Thanks to this discussion the work of WP3 was made concrete, that is building a new, value-based, common product on inclusive practices of excellence.
