GIVE TRAINING COURSE EXPERIENCE IN COMETA
For an entire week, nine professionals from the educational sector hailing from Malta, Romania, Spain, Finland, and Italy participated in training courses developed by Cometa through the GIVE project. What makes this training experience unique is the opportunity provided to participants to immerse themselves directly in Cometa
practical reality.
The three training courses, focused on personalization, re-motivation and the school-enterprise model, did not merely convey theoretical concepts. Instead, they offered participants the chance to experience firsthand what Cometa accomplishes daily. Visits, meetings, and direct observation of the implementation of practices provided a tangible experience, going beyond mere theoretical understanding.

This piloting was not just a learning opportunity but also a chance to connect with the practical reality of the topics discovered in the
courses. Participants could touch the value and impact of the discussed strategies, as they witnessed their direct implementation in Cometa’s daily environment.
The centrality of the lived real experience during this week significantly enriched learning, transforming abstract concepts into
concrete knowledge. This practical approach not only solidified theoretical understanding but also provided participants with an immersive experience that will make the practical application of the learned concepts more effective in their educational and training contexts.
