Social and labour inclusion: what’s the companies perspective?

Talking about social and labour inclusion requires an awareness of the context and the landscape in which the debate takes place.

To propose models and good practices that encourage inclusion and support companies in this path, the GIVE Project partners representing the corporate world (Gi Group, Lantegi Batuak, Ownwell, The Malta Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise Association) have launched a survey addressed to companies, with the aim of collecting their views on different issues:  why to make inclusion?  what are the needs? what are  the obstacles and what are the advantages of inclusion? what type of support is really needed to be inclusive?

Knowing the inclusion experiences of companies, understanding their needs and any critical issues is essential to achieve the goal of the GIVE project and define and provide them with useful methodologies and tools to make inclusion in an excellent way.

The survey is addressed to 160 European companies, different in terms of territorial and cultural context, size and sector, profit and non-profit companies.

The results will be analyzed and made available to the entire project partnership, to facilitate the design and implementation of effective school-work transition activities.
