Empowering Inclusion and Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration for the Future of Work: Rossella Riccò at the 2023 Amsterdam Forum for Vocational Excellence

Last week of September in Amsterdam Katapult and the Community of Practices of the CoVEs organized the annual Forum for Vocational Excellence. During the plenary session with Commissioner Schmit, one of the GIVE partners, GI Group, played an important role of speaking about inclusion bringing the perspective of an important company. Rossella Riccò spoke on how to build multi-stakeholder systems able to support people in building the skills for the present and for the future of work and life. “Inclusion is a key element to make a more sustainable and equitable world of work where no one is left behind. Neet is one of the criticalities that we need to urgently face and solve. Anyone through their expertise and capabilities have to collaborate with others to effectively afford this challenge!”.

After the plenary session and one of the parallel workshops, Rossella was also one of the speakers in one of the most relevant Dutch podcasts on policy “Trusted Sources”, by Jaap Jansen and Pieter Gerrit Kroeger. Starting from minute 7 the podcast is in English and it also includes an overview on the GIVE project by Paolo Nardi, EfVET.
