GIVE training: the pilot is finally concluded

Under the leadership of the MCAST GIVE Team, the pilot of the innovative GIVE training courses was finally completed. The training courses, meticulously developed by our consortium, aim to address the evolving needs of vocational education and training, fostering an environment where diversity is not only embraced but celebrated. MCAST, as the Work Package leader, took the lead in implementing the pilot, coordinating the activities of all the other partners.

Trainers, educators, managers and leaders from both VET centres and companies have been involved in all the countries where the project is based. Feedback, collected and analyzed in collaboration with Omnia, was overwhelmingly positive, emphasising the relevance and applicability of the courses content. The interactive nature of the sessions facilitated vibrant discussions, encouraging the exchange of ideas and best practices among international and local stakeholders. One of the standout aspects of the pilot was the emphasis on the transferability of the good practices to different scenarios, with participants expressing their appreciation for the diverse perspectives brought to the table. The collaborative nature of the training not only strengthened the bonds between consortium members but also created a bridge between academia and industry, fostering a symbiotic relationship crucial for the success of vocational education and training.
