From December 1st to 3rd , we, as Gi Group, also participated in the Como’s meeting , who remotely, because of covid, who in presence. We were able to finally meet all the partners of the Give project!
It was a fundamental experience and very interesting moment for everyone to discuss what has been done so far and to define even better our role within the project and which contribution we can give.
In particular, we and the other 3 partners representing the business world have contributed to the activities of WP3, bringing the point of view of companies with regard to the social and working inclusion of disadvantaged groups.
We presented the first results of the survey that we provide to our business interlocutors: about 170 companies, social and not social, told us experiences, needs, criticality, and advantages related to inclusion.
The data collected will help us to identify tools and procedures to facilitate the employment inclusion of vulnerable groups.
